AIM:
To develop strategies to manage teams more effectively, develop delegation skills and improve personal time management and the time management of others

OBJECTIVES:
After the training, attendees should:

  • Identify how teams work and set effective goals
  • To build trust in colleagues and respect priorities of others
  • To understand better own productivity and patterns of work
  • To develop an action plan to use the skills gained on the course

MAIN COURSE CONTENT:

  • Identify team dynamics and set effective and realistic goals
  • Build mutual trust and develop motivation
  • Planning and priorities; self and others
  • Effective delegation, and assertiveness
  • Managing information overload for self and others
  • Effective team meetings
  • Analysing and overcoming those things which sabotage good intentions
  • The motivation to make things happen and change…Action planning
