Refund Policy

The College reserves the right to close or amalgamate classes. Normally, course fees will only be refunded if the course is cancelled or closed early by the College. A partial refund may be given, except where the agreement of students has been sought to run the class for fewer weeks in preference to cancellation, should enrolments fall below the minimum required. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, course fees will not normally be refunded once the course has started. Any application for a refund, due to exceptional circumstances, will be considered by the Principal. In this event, each refund will be calculated from the date of application and will be subject to an administration fee of £15 per course. Full details of the College's refund policy are available on request from Centre offices.
