SCOLA students are invited to take part in regular surveys and here are the results so far for 2008/09.
During the year, members of the Management team have been visiting SCOLA Centres to talk to students and to
conduct a marketing and customer satisfaction survey. It is an opportunity for students to meet curriculum
managers and Senior Management and to tell them directly what you think about SCOLA and suggest improvements
to the service. Below is a summary of the results.
